Thomas C. Paron, RFC
Mr. Paron is President of Compass Capital Management (CCM). In this role, Mr. Paron is responsible for overall management and supervision of the CCM's professional staff and all client relationships. He is also responsible for developing and implementing client service initiatives, investment allocation recommendations and technology enhancements. Mr. Paron's goal is to create a professional environment where all clients will receive the highest level of service.
Mr. Paron began his career in finance with E.F. Hutton, then as a private corporate controller, then with Dean Witter Reynolds. He purchased CCM in April of 1996 after serving as Vice President for five years. Mr. Paron is a RFC with Compass Capital Management. He is a Registered Representative with Kestra Investment Services, LLC and Investment Advisor Representative with Kestra Advisory Services, LLC. His registrations include a Series 26 - Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Limited Principal Examination, 65 - Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination, 7 - General Securities Representative Examination and 63 - Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination, along with state insurance licenses. Mr. Paron graduated from Ferris State University with a BSBA, Northwestern Michigan College with a BSMT and ASM, and The Great Lakes Maritime Academy as a United States Merchant Marine Officer. Mr. Paron lives in Woodbury, Connecticut with his wife, Ann, and his three children.
